VHSF hosted our annual meeting and picnic yesterday at the Oakwood Lincoln Park Clubhouse. OLPNA members were in attendance and as always showed great support for our organization. Thanks to their Board for sharing their clubhouse with us. Our elections this year resulted in Joe Fee being re-elected Vice President and Gail Turbyville as Secretary. SRVMP Project Manager and Treasurer Jessica Hodge unveiled the approved drawings of our improvements at Sharp’s Ridge. The membership was very exciting and impressed with the design and progress made on the project. In new business, the inaugural War Dog Memorial Dog March we will be hosting on November 3 was officially announced to the general membership and public. It will take place at Pellisippi State Community College and we will be partnering with Young Williams No Kill animal Shelter who had members in attendance. Thanks to all who came.
