VHSF Mardi Gras Masquerade fundraiser for the FREE Veterans Breakfast Program needs Sponsorships and Silent Auction Items!
Door Prize Sponsorship – $250 We will purchase five door prizes with your sponsorship and will announce your sponsorship with each award of the door prizes. You can supply promotional information and items to be included with each of the five door prizes.
Table Sponsorship – $350 You can bring promotional information and items to place on the table and each seat at the table! There will be signage with your business and information on the table.
Table Owner Sponsorship- $800 You and your business are the highlight of this table! There will be signage with your business and information on the table. You can bring promotional information and items to place on the table and each seat at the table! Includes your business name in our printed program and a social media post highlighting your sponsorship and your business! Includes one admission ticket so you may attend and sit at your table to share your mission etc.
Photo Booth Sponsorship – $900 You and your business are the highlight of the very popular photo booth! There will be a prominent sponsorship sign at the photo booth and you can bring promotional information and items to place on the table at the photo booth! Signage highlighting your business will be included in the photo booth backdrop so it will appear in every photo! includes a social media post highlighting your sponsorship and your business! Includes one admission ticket.
Purple Sponsorship – $1000 You and your business will be highlighted on our special VIP sponsor table by the ballroom entry! There will be signage with your business and information on the table and you may bring promotional information and items to place on the table. Sponsorship includes your business name and logo in our printed program and a social media post highlighting your sponsorship and your business! You will be given two minutes to come forward and address the guests as we present a special $50 door prize. Includes two admission tickets.
Green Sponsorship – $1500 You and your business will be highlighted on our special VIP sponsor table by the ball room entry! There will be signage with your business and information on the table and you may bring promotional information and items to place on the table. Sponsorship includes your business name and logo in our printed program and a social media post highlighting your sponsorship and your business! You will be given two minutes to come forward and address the guests as we present a special $100 door prize. Your business information and promo items can be included with the door prize! Includes four admission tickets.
Gold Sponsorship – $2500 You or your business will be added to all advertising as title sponsor of this event. You and your business will be highlighted on your own VIP sponsor table by the ballroom entry! There will be signage with your business and information on the table and you may bring promotional information and items to place on the table. Sponsorship includes your business name, a short description and logo in a special highlighted section of our printed program. There will be an extensive social media post highlighting your sponsorship and your business! You will be given five minutes to come forward and address the guests before the guest speaker. Includes eight admission tickets which is a full table.
